Do you offer custom orders? If so, how do custom orders work?
We enjoy working with our customers to create products to suit their unique holiday style. We offer a wide range of ribbon choices under each category page to help cover many different tastes. If looking to customize your product further, please reach out to us over on our contact page. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Some custom orders, such as those with lights or extra ribbon, may be subject to additional pricing. ​
I'm from Massachusetts, can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, we are located in Easton, Massachusetts. Upon placing your order, select "local pickup" at checkout and we will be in touch with you once your order is ready with the appropriate address and pick up instructions.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we currently ship wreaths only. Shipping is available within the continental United States from our opening date until December 15th.
What should I expect when ordering a shipped wreath?
Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. Unpack your wreath upon arrival. Care instructions will be provided with your wreath. We recommend avoiding placing your fresh wreath in hot temperatures or in direct sunlight to allow it to last the longest. It's best not to place a wreath behind a storm glass door due to this. ​
What are your products made with?
This varies slightly per product. Balsam fir and pine are our main selection used in most of our products. Visit the product page for more up-to-date information.
I'm hosting a holiday fundraiser, do you ever donate your products?
​Please reach out to us! When able, we love giving back to charitable organizations in our community. In the past we have supported Relay for Life and the SEPAC organization by donating wreaths to their holiday auctions.
